Any consensus on most important stats for WHM/SCH?

As a White Mage, I'm a fan of Piety. I'll look for i90 pieces that have Mind and Piety. Whatever that comes with, great. Though I like Critical more for the same reason I like Freecure and the Cure III procs. A chance to save a good chunk of MP (e.g. Regen and Medica II crit ticks).

And while it's possible to heal well without the Piety focus or the Determination focus, I've never liked asking a Bard for Mage's Ballad when they could be doing damage (don't mind if it's during an idle/invulnerability phase). And even more, if a Bard goes down, having to raise the Bard, wait for them to recover MP, then they sing Mage's Ballad. I wanted to avoid these scenarios as much as I can even after raising people and topping them off before the unavoidable AoE.

The drawback is that now as a Bard, I assume every White Mage won't run into MP issues and frequently forget to Mage's Ballad when it's needed outside of the battle's normal routine.
