Server Selection Help

I am starting and I found some useful links on server populations. However each server I've logged into has really crazy server times compared to my local ESTtime. Anyone have a link or list of servers that are the same Server Time as Local Time?

The servers are actually only situated in one of two physical locations: Tokyo Japan, and Montreal Canada. Accordingly I presume server times would coincide with the location of where it is located. Having said that though, I've heard that several of the 'NA' servers (the ones located in Canada) actually have GMT (Greenwhich Mean Time) as their server time, as they're designated as 'EU' servers despite being located in Canada. But as I play on a Japanese server though I have no idea I'm sorry.

All the NA/EU servers are in Montreal. The EU intended ones are labeled as such also.
I don't know what is up with the server times and I've been ignoring it. I think the Malboro server time puts in somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic. I assumed they just never bothered to update the actual time zone of the servers when they were moved to the data center.

Assuming you are hitting the Montreal data center, the important part will just be finding a server/FC that has players on at the same time as you.
