FF Tactics Style Minigame

I think It would be really cool to have some kind of FF Tactics Style System where the Party Members get to choose what to do on their turn, where to stand, and what skill to use, and have a turn based tactics style battle or minigame.

At this point ill take any mini-game. Be it Tactics, Cards, or Pong ... just DO IT ALREADY!

yes please! let you have a team of a certain amount and level them up,
coop with other players, or challenge your way through a story/challenge
list~~

I also agree with a card game, I think they said that was going to be coming? I think it would be really cool to have a grid style, or Fort Condor style minigame, but using party members. :P Could have some fun with your friends instead of being a solo player minigame.

Ha! I agree. Those Crafting 98% HQ Procs going to normal, is about on par. :P

Lol. Every time you select an action you have to wait for 5000 other players to select theirs before the next turn commences!

There are a couple of games out there that have tried the whole turn based MMO stuff.

Wakfu was something that they tried out but then pushed to another company (I think) so they aren't really touching it. Turn based MMO on how it could work.

Atlantica, which was a game on steam, made you have your own party to control while in an MMO setting, but isn't exactly turn based like FFT was.

There are options out there to show that they're feasible. Now, would the FF IP make the game more successful than the two others? Maybe. I would love to see them try it. FFT was one of my favorite MMOs and if Wakfu was their test drive, FFT should be feasible to be done with a few tweaks.
