I'll be testing a strict DTR MRD dps rotation later, wanted to see if anyone had any started. Fooled around with it for 10 min and hit about 290, hoping to get a consistent 300+ dps rotation established.

The highest damage rotation that a MRD can use is SE>Frac>BB>SE>BB. You get 100% uptime on Maim, nearly 100% uptime on SE (you don't get it for the finishing move of the SE combo following Frac application), and maximum uptime on Fracture as well.
I'm referring to the cross class weaving, for instance:
Heavy swing > maim > storms eye > raging strikes+berserk > fracture > b4b+Stun move > straight shot >STR pot+IR > venom shot > heavy swing > maim > storms eye (twice)> venom short > fracture > brutal swing +invigorate(pacified) > SE combos until IR, then straight shot > IR > venom > SE combo > fracture ( regardless of ticks) > venom ( before IR falls ). Copy opening combo when berserk/b4b is up.
Things to consider: apply straight shot before fracture (don't know if venom shot is worth applying twice here during crit buff, hve to test/maths it.
Cooldowns are simple. Only one that doesn't meet 60/90 interval is B4B, which should be delayed 10 seconds because you get 40% more out of it out of it via Berserk. IR should be last if available, Berserk should be second to last or last. Raging Strikes comes after B4B because it's a larger damage buff (i.e. more time with Berserk is preferable).
0s: B4B -> RS -> Berserk -> IR
67.5s: IR
92.5s: B4B -> Berserk
127.5s: IR
(180s: B4B -> RS -> Berserk -> IR) -- repeat cycle
Applying Straight Shot should be done during Fracture cycles. Losing the 10% buff on SE hit alone will cost you as much potency (30) as using the BB combo over another SE combo (20), so when using Fracture, you should skip over the BB combo and use SE combo again. Since you have 2 open GCDs to apply any potency boosts without losing SE, you should hit Straight Shot there as well because it's technically a worthwhile investment barring TP starvation. Also best to try to weave both Straight Shot and Fracture into your 90s rotations (decreased rather than increased benefit for using it in IR rotation, so who cares there).
I don't see any way Venomous Bite could do anything but hurt your DPS at 205 potency per GCD, though it may need fill a gap in a rotation. Would have to go in-depth for that.
//EDIT: Come to think of it, VB kinda needs to fit into the rotation, doesn't it? Here's what I'd come up with for a base:
SSh -> Frac -> VB -> HS -> M -> SE -> HS -> SS -> BB -> HS -> M -> SE -> REPEAT
Total GCDs: 12 (30s)
Total potency: 2495
Maim uptime: 100%
SE uptime: 100%
AA over interval: ~1000 potency
Total effective potency excl. crit: 4660
Crit bonus uptime: 66.7%
Potency affected: 1745 + 666.67 AA = 2411.67
Est. crit effective DPS boost: 4.5%
Est. crit bonus potency (effective): 144.7
Total effective potency: 4804.7
Total effective potency/s: 160.1567

I've never seen anything about this before. Is Marauder using cross class skills superior in DPS to WAR?
Always has been. Back in 2.0, MRD burst DPS was the highest available in the game excepting BLM flare bug abuse. Two key abilities were nerfed, putting it about 15% behind where it was, but it's still pretty good. Used to be 2.25x damage from abilities alone, which is right at 3x listed potency after Maim and Storm's Eye. You could deliver some SERIOUS hurt in a short period, but couldn't do it without an Allagan weapon. Your weapon options are better now, but your cross-class abilities are weaker, so it's not too much of an advantage anymore.
