Level both tank classes?

Well darklight is usable by either class, but it's going to take you a while to finish gearing your Warrior with mythology. So you wouldn't want to spread that around. If you had a lot of coil gear or were full i90 on your War, then I'd say it might be worth it to go ahead and level both just to be flexible. But you don't.

You also have to think about the cross class abilities for PLD. It's not just a matter of leveling PLD to 50 and being done. To be effective as an endgame tank with PLD you would also want to level Conj all the way to 34 for Stoneskin.
To be honest, the tanks are both in a pretty good place right now. There are VERY few encounters where one tank is noticably better than the other. So in my opinion, you're talking about a LOT lot of extra leveling/gearing for a very tiny increase in effectiveness as a tank.

If I were you, I'd just go ahead and concentrate on your Warrior for now.
Accuracy simply isn't a problem for any content before the Binding Coil.
You only need something like 380 accuracy to cap for literally everything else in the game.
You can solve most of your accuracy issues for Coil by getting the Dual Haken from the extreme primals (which you will want to do before Coil anyway).
Now that Dual Haken is in the game, I don't think accuracy is much of an issue for War anymore.

Of course if you actually like playing Pld more than War, then by all means level it up.
But if you're enjoying your War, I just don't see that being worth the time/effort right now.
Better to finish gearing your WAR and get into some endgame content and then spend the time to make your character more flexible going forward.

Now that Dual Haken is in the game, I don't think accuracy is much of an issue for War anymore.

Accuracy isn't much of a problem at all really, it's just that you have to use DL accessories until you can replace with Allagan. With Dual Haken, though, you can equip pretty much whatever you want.
