As long as that community doesn't include groups that don't have a common housing plot, amirite. The point of a thread like this is to list who's done what with who. Its purpose doesn't get much more complicated than that. Dunno where any of this community building stuff is coming from

Housing plot has nothing to do with it, however a LS group is just that.. a group nothing more. Free companies are guilds and guilds are what have Always driven communities forward in games. People recognize guilds, people don't recognize groups. It isn't any more complicated than that. You don't see people talking about X persons group..you see people talking about Blue Garter. This is not a complex thing to wrap your head around. So yes, I choose to exclude individual groups from the progression thread, same rules apply to the world progression thread actually there are no LS groups there either. Sorry but one group of people doesn't do anything to bring the community together because no one has a chance of joining that one group of people outside one of their members quitting. People do however have the opportunity to join a Guild, and they do which is why guilds have always and will always be the major driving force behind community growth.

Like I said, if you want to run a thread that tries to recognize every single group out there, especially when most of the groups who are at the top have multiple alts in multiple groups doing the same thing. Well then more power to you. My goal is to have a Clear concise list of the top progression focused Guilds, not a list of every 8 man group on the entire server. I want to see more of these individual groups flying under a larger group flag, not all fragmented into individual entities.

My last post on the topic, but after thoroughly reading the world progression thread, they appear to have no rule outlawing LS raidgroups. Not that it will change your mind, I just wanted to point this out.
A side point here as much as you say "If someone else wants to run this thread, be my guest" no-one is volunteering, so this must not be that big of an issue to those involved with LS raids.

It's cuz LS's are busy destroying communities to keep up with world progression, man. Priorities
