Crazy screen painting in lavender housing area

I was in our fc house looking at crafting menu when I moused over the game went bezerk and flashing all sorts of crazy stuff. I moved outside the house and it was still doing it. I had to log to get it to stop. I'm unsure if anyone else has experienced this but here's a screenshot.

Videocard hickup. Happens to myself occasionally too.

You'll notice maybe a second of freezing, game will continue, but if it tried to load any textures during that short period, you'll have to either logout/login, or change resolution to fullscreen/windowed and back again to reset it. Mildly anoying, but it's just a driver issue i've been told.
