So I reached the point of choosing my own GC in the main plot. At the time, the message stated I could change my GC so I chose Maelstrom in a big to move on with the main plot. Now that I have decided to I wish to join the Immortal Flames, I've found out I need to reach max rank within my current GC before I can switch (which also resets my rank within the new GC). I found this info on old posts (back at launch) and I'm hoping the system has changed as this iteration is very flawed in my eyes. Can someone confirm or deny if I have to reach max rank to transfer?
