Registered incorrect account

I played thru my free period and went to register my subscription. There are two separate accounts. One for windows which I did not purchase and one for PS3 which I did. Not knowing this of course I see there is a "1" at the top of the registration page and a "2". The info states on "1" its not active and there are no active characters. Thinking that once I registered this would show my active characters and my account would be active. Of course this is not the case. After paying and going to begin playing it informs me that I have no active account for my PS3. Going back in to Mogstation and looking at the info I still had no active characters which then prompted me to check the "2" and notice this is the proper account that needed to be registered.
Now if I am reading the terms correctly, they will deactivate the Windows version that I never had in the first place and I will need to register the PS3 version with the loss of the money I already paid. Am I correct in my assumption or will the PS3 account be registered and I will just lose out on a week or two of play?
Furthermore why would there be a version I did not purchase nor play set up for me to register. It seems this is a common problem being there is already a form set up. I would think only the played info would be available to register.

Log a ticket on SE's support site and then call them to get it ironed out.
