I can't World Transfer

As opposed to the previous problems of people unable to World Transfer due to the service not being available... I keep getting told I can't transfer for some reason. But the reasons stated, I've checked them all and made sure it wasn't the case. I own the account, my account is active, I left my FC for the transfer, I have no items on the Market that I'm trying to sell, Retainer or otherwise, I rehired my Retainer from 1.0, I was logged out in Ul'Dah, right next to the Calamity Salvager who has nothing for me in terms of my items, I've done everything... I'm trying to switch from Masamune (LEGACY) to Sargatanas (LEGACY) where a few of my friends are. And I do NOT wish to restart. That would be terrifying to me, since I've already got a level 50 and would not wish to go through all of that again... can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thank you very much.

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to go from Legacy to non. Like you, all requirements met (checked and rechecked half a dozen times).

I submitted a ticket to SE over the weekend and haven't heard anything. If something happens for you and it might be something you missed earlier, let ma know ><
