Don't really care about your format, so here goes, playing as a summoner in Crystal Tower on the Bone Dragon Boss, if I use raging strikes, Bio will not show up as an active debuff on the boss, but fester hits like it is on, once raging strikes wears off the next time I use Bio, the spell shows up on the boss bar, checked it didn't say the spell missed.
