Improvement to Black List

As my blacklist is full and it's a hassle to remove RMT to add more RMT, I wondered to myself...

What are the technical limitations, if any, behind having the blacklist not be restricted to your character and saved to the server, but instead be saved to a .txt document on your own computer which is referenced to by chat, filtering out any names that appear on it. That way, the blacklist is only limited by the size of your hard drive, as opposed to 200 players, and as text is small in terms of bytes, the amount of names on it could be huge, even if you have a small hard drive.

Please feel free to discuss, criticize or improve this suggestion.

What would fix this, would be allowing to report spam on gil sellers. Then my blacklist would be empty :P

But yeah I've never understood limits on friendliest or any of that in any game.
