Request to Speak to a GM concerning an issue with the Windows Version of FFXIV

To put this simply I purchased a Chocobo Insurance Paper, went to the in the quest, named my chocobo Lita, found out that said chocobo was a male not a female, wanted to rename, abandoned the quest and did not receive the Insurance Paper back, considering this took a degree of time on my part to earn the Grand Company Seals, I would like to not have to earn another Two Grand just to get a chocobo.

So I would just like another Insurance Paper for the quest "My Little Chocobo (Immortal Flames)"

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but they will very likely not do that for you.

And even if they did, there is a one-time replacement policy. Meaning if you have an item restored, you can never have another item restored again on the same account. I would not use that up on an item that only costs 2000 seals.

As for renaming your Chocobo in the future, this can be done by speaking to the chocobo porter in any of the three main cities.

Well now I feel like a fool for the name thing, as for the one-time replacement policy, personally I'd just like to get this refunded even if it's my one time only thing.

While it might be possible to get it recovered, it would certainly take a lot longer than it takes to earn another 2,000 seals. I'm surprised the item got used up at all, actually.
