Scourges no longer turn when casting Liquid Hell

Ever since the changes to Coil Turn 5, the Scourges at the start of the fight have stopped turning to face the player they are targeting to shoot Liquid Hell at. Since there's no group indicator, a common mitigation strategy was to watch the scourges to tell if one may be targeting you so you could attempt to evade the attack. This strategy was first introduced in the Coincounter fight in Aurum Vale where evading the boss' Glower attack required seeing the direction he was facing. Any chance the scourges could go back to their original behavior?

    NO PLEASE NO.

This is how it was originally same for twintania when she is in the last phase but a couple of patches ago they messed it up so they turn each time to do liquid hell. This is especially annoying as a melee dps for positional requirements in the final phase when twintania is just spinning on the spot lol

while they should not turn for the sake of melee dps,
but isn't it weird if they turn their head to north but liquid hell to south ?

They don't "spin". They turn to cast, stay in that position for a few seconds, long enough for at least 2 globals, then go back to facing the tank. Its scripted and frankly very easy to still get my HT ID hits off even when they were turning. In contrast, "spinning" is what they would do if they literally flipped back and forth in rapid succession, and THAT would truly be impossible.

I'm only talking about the scourges, not Twintania. Before, when you could see that they were about to fire in your direction, you could evade, and save your healer the trouble of curing you while they need to keep the tanks alive. As a BLM, I've got manaward to save myself after it eats through stoneskin, but still... The mechanic seemed to be meant to be avoidable if you were alert, and as I said in the original post, there's plenty of other fights that implement the same mechanic. Coincounter, the elf and boss in Brayflops both turn before using their aoe ground attacks yet provide no indicator, and I'm sure there are more.
