    I'm in an English community on a JP server. When submitting pics for contests, do I post to the EN thread here or the JP thread? Or does it not matter?

    I've only seen winners from the areas in the topics (NA servers in NA thread), so I would expect it to need to be in JP for you. However, the threads also say (in NA rules) that it requires a NA account, so I expect that if you do not have a JP account you would be disqualified.
