BRD looking for raiding FC.

Edit: Found a new FC.

My FC fizzled out in January. I like to make more progression with my character. I'm looking for a raiding FC that is supportive and kind to their members when learning a new content. I prefer a FC that welcomes lower geared players for social aspects since I have 1-2 members that may want to join who are casually gearing up.

Raid times I'm available are 6 PM - 11 PM ET.

Experience:
- DD Garuda EX and Titan EX
- Tanking Coil turns 1 - 4.

My BRD is i80 with full set of over-melded accessories. 40 VIT, 60 Crit, 36 SPD ,16 DET from materia.
I also have a PLD that is i88, however I prefer to focus on BRD.
