You're basing that the game will be gone if your problems aren't changed... off of what? Because a few of your FC members are leaving the game? I think you over value what effect a few people you know leaving the game will have.
i MEAN MANY FC'S well those who arent large like bg etc etc . People are tired of spamming the same content over and over and the new content is more of the same .
Ask Yourself this if your Inn had a market board and you already have duty finder beside questing that you and your FC can do ?
or If instant servers went down for a week could you keep this game online ?

And those people want the content you are suggesting? How about you show some evidence.
Here's SEs evidence to the contrary: 1.0 was an unparalleled flop in sales while ARR managed to earn them an operating profit last quarter. Legacy players making a chorus of forum posts is not a convincing rebuttal. Face it most mmo players are fine with the formula ARR follows.
1.0 players are in the minority. Who cares what you did years ago is just like an elderly person talking about how they had to walk to school in a foot of snow. Nobody cares except for those who did it and think we should all be subjected to bad game design to appease the people who are still bored.
If you want what the game originally had then perhaps you should have had more friends play it in 1.0. Now just deal with it and cry less.
Give them time to do more with it.
Really this is why this gaming community is trash . I never said because i played the game 1.0 that i want this to be 11 or not . What I am Saying is that we as a whole would be better off with open world content. If you want to continue and spam ak wp HM CT Coil everyday fine go ahead you pay your 9.99 like i do . Also to your comment .Its not 1.0 or players of FFXI saying this content is and will be a benefit its also people who dont want to feel like they are just another grunt going through the motion1.0 players are in the minority. And 1.0 was a flop because the game had like no money for advertisements . So those of you who play this now should be greatful that the 1.0ers paid for this game and supported it so not 1.8 million people can playAnd those people want the content you are suggesting? I liked how there were open world dungeons back in XI. Running into other parties out there farming or leveling up.
XIV completely took that apart and just locked everything into its own personal room.
Adventure, that's the life for me!
Haha yeah clearly the problem with 1.0 was the lack of ads, all those articles about it back on gaming sites at launch was a dream.
It was a dud, flop, disaster.
Existed in 1.x.
Wait what? Stone Vigil has legendary Wyrms that not only drop end-game loot but also required 18+ people to kill initially? Where is this Stone Vigil?
Well You Did say Sales correct and me working retail if you don't put ads you wont get "Sales" Now what your talking about is the world in 1.0 was not the best but it was something where you had to try in leveling parties to get xp you had to do BR to include your party what do you do now Combo with your self that's like Yoshida handing you a box of tissues and a bottle of lotion and saying here you go patch .
