    2.16 - Tank Limit Break 3 and Elemental Resistance Changes?

    I'm hoping to get a DEV to post about this, because I don't see any info about it.
    I noticed a few things in our Garuda EX run last night….
    First off, it seems that the Tank Limit break has had some MAJOR changes. It has no cast time, the whole party is immune to all damage, and it only lasts 8secs.

    I feel like maybe this change was meant for 2.2? I haven't tested any other changes to weaker tank Limit Breaks.

    Seconded, I believe that the damage calculations for elemental resistance has changed… on players at least. Garuda EX’s tornado's are doing twice as much damage to players as they use to. Also, we use to be able to survive without the spinney plume resistance buff (if someone made a mistake). However, now it appears to be a hard wipe killing even tanks. Unless… you use the fancy new tank limit break 3....(how I noticed the changes)

    I also noticed our group was taking a lot less damage in the spinney plume resistance buff, making me think that resistances are a stronger stat now? Maybe?

    I'm posting this as a bug, because I didn't see any posts about these changes. I feel like these things needs to be acknowledged.

    I guess I didn't point out that I thought the Liquid Fires were hitting a bit harder in Coils Turn 5 also. Which is why I think elemental resistances were tampered with. It was our 8th clear and I noticed the damage was higher on this mechanic, compared the last 7 clears.
