    2.2 and coil RNG change

I think it is time to take a step back into the days of 1.0 and give credit to those that just cannot get RNG to go their way. With 2.2 and lockouts removed, I think it is time for Square to give "tokens" and yes I know many people do not like the item of extra currency, but items in 1.0 such as kupo nut charms gave those with terrible luck some hope. With my alt doing coil and my main doing t1-4 at least a total of 30 times and to still not see such items as the shield or and visors what so ever, but to see an abundance of accessories is just an outrage. It is time for Square to start handing out such win credits so players can buy what they want. Especially with T5, to beat it for months on end and not see your weapon is a little ridiculous, just how many wins should it take to get something of your choice, if it was me 5 would be sufficient or 10. I would love Square to publish the actual generation numbers because we all know they are bias towards some items. However, what I would love to see more is allagan accessories completely removed from coil since ex primals drop i90 rings anyway. Let allagan accessories be buyable with myth tomes just to get rid of their extreme chance to drop. I swear with all the months of coil at least 75% of our drops have been accessories and ever since extreme primals they are more of a clap in the face since primal rings are i90 as well. Just some thoughts, anyone else have an opinion on this?

RNGs are terrible systems. Especially this one FFXIV has where you are more than likely to be punished for 10% rather than rewarded for 90%.

We dont have to do tokens to get gear, just give people gear. Systems are smart enough to know what class you are and be able to give individual gear rewards based upon that and whether or not you have the item. You run the instance, you did the work. You should get your gear. That simple. RNG for loot distribution is one of those archaic MMO systems that needs to go the way of camping.

I still enjoy RNG systems. Yes, it can be a pain when I haven't even seen a pair of bard boots drop in turn 4 in the 5 months that I've been doing it, but I still have the options of CT boots or Myth. 'Course, I'd rather wear my Darklights well into 2.2 than put either of those on my feet. And RNG is only a temporary set back, as turns 1-5 will be spammable once 2.2 goes live, so any items one desires are a simple matter of persistance at that point. If RNG won't give me my boots before then, I have the utmost confidence that I can push the numbers into my favor that very first week of 2.2
