My life while tanking is an existential hell from which there is no escape.
And how long did you test this theory? 100 hits? some people can go thousands of hits with below average accuracy and never miss a shot. Some confirmation from SE would be needed because as far as I am aware position does nothing to affect dodge rate. And why would it? accuracy requirements should be shared across all classes. And the dodge rate does not state Front = X, Side = X, Rear = X. Any game ive ever played uses dodge rates from any angle. It certainly is plausible but i just dont see the logic in it.
This has been tested and confirmed by a multitude of people. Go search the dragoon rotation reborn thread, there are dozens of pages discussing the matter. And how long did you test this theory? 100 hits? some people can go thousands of hits with below average accuracy and never miss a shot. Although tbf this doesnt really belong here in the tank section, as you are always going to attack from the front anyhow.

Agreed. On Twintania when I go on my MNK alt I never miss with 460 acc, except front facing a snake (cause of movement or tank turning). There is definitely solid confirmation going around that positional accuracy is at play. This has been tested and confirmed by a multitude of people. Warrior should be around the low to mid 480s as people are saying though.

Without straying too OT, I think positional accuracy is relevant throughout the entire game. I've noticed the trend while working on lower level classes, have misses when solo (front facing) but not during fates and dungeons (from rear/flank). Just my own experience since I started paying more attention.Agreed. On Twintania when I go on my MNK alt I never miss with 460 acc, except front facing a snake (cause of movement or tank turning).
