I think this will solved most of the demanding issues with the game that its turning into a colossal problem with the amount of wait time ~ the lockout ~ the shortage. As it stands anyone can go make a 1 character check party finder across every single server, every server is having issues finding tanks finding healer there too much of a shortage this is primarly due to the fact that every content is lockout.
The precipitating solution to this is to give more CT type of lockouts over the coil type of lockout system that way the playerbase is recycled and kept more dynamically. Of course this creates its own set of problems.
The other option is to make the MMORPG design more modern and give it the you only need one tank and one healer for content like x4 man parties this adds more options ~ taking two good tanks and two good healers is causing major delay + congestion. Once the healers and the tank have obtained their desired items they switch to DPS and what ends up happening there is no tank or healer to fill those slots so there is a lot of stagnation. Right now in Sargatanas server there is such a high shortage of tank and the playerbase in general is just stagnating because of lockouts and main focus problems.
offhand persoal opinion I agree with what some players had to say the lockout should of been removed in 2.16 to prepare for 2.2 its been 6!! months into the game the content is by the standard of things in the mmo world old and getting quite old. There is no reason to limit us there are plenty of players I know (I am a socialist) that just simply have quit or taken a break because the game offers little challenge or excitement for them. I also don't mean to sound disrespectul to the developers but it seems that there is more focus on quality of life changes that don't actually affect the state of the game and it solves nothing just more baby food. We need changes, we I believe need it sooner then later.
