Looking For a Friendly Group and Server to Play On.

So I got a relative interested in the game and they played 1.0 a bit and some XI but mostly is new to MMOs and I want to hook him up with a friendly server and FC as I've pretty much decided to quit at this point.

Should be an 18+ group, expect sexual innuendos and lewd puns and general immaturity in a good way. They like having fun. Probably should be LGBT friendly/tolerent.

Mix of social and probably mid-coreish competitiveness for content completion. New to MMOs so not sure if social/casual or completion yet. I do know they enjoy friendly competition and rivalries as long as everyone's having fun is all that really matters to them.

So you are looking for a server/FC for your relative?
Our FC has a good mix of experienced and new players. We have some that want to run lots of end content, some just starting, and some who just want to do botany. We are very much a "proceed at your own pace" but if someone wants/needs help we're there.
We are pretty light hearted and tease each other but jokes/comments should be kept respectful. I think that counts as "general immaturity in a good way". Anyone with the Axe Of Crags may get complimented on their hot axe, for example.
Most of our people are East Coast US but work odd schedules so there are usually at least a few people on almost any time of day. The big raids are usually planned for late evenings EST.

If they are interested in checking us out on Malboro, look up myself, Rem Jezebel, or look for someone with <<PAIN>> over their heads.
I'm on evenings PST starting around 8:00. Rem is one of those with a non-standard schedule but she is generally on a lot earlier than me.

They may also want to check out this thread for specific LGBT friendly groups on other servers.

Aye, I'd teach him myself but I quit and he's nowhere near me right now so I thought I'd try to help him by dropping a message on the forums to find him a good server maybe.

And I knew I saw a thread like that before...thanks for that and the reply. The LGBT isn't necessary, I just wanted to throw that in there to avoid some kind of weird internet drama I'd feel bad if his first real try at a MMO started off like that. o.o

Well, My FC is new and we are aiming to find quality members, whether they are just starting or have been playing the game since 1.0. We are focused on a family-like atmosphere and strive to help each other out. I am the FC Owner and I personally don't mind helping my members run any content they need or answer any questions they may have. All the FC members currently are very friendly and respectful and that is the type of atmosphere we want to move forward having. I am not sure if you have already found a good fit for your relative, but if our FC sounds like a place he might fit in, then by all means send me a /tell in-game on the Leviathan Server.
