Looking for likeminded players to dungeon run with - stress free, slow and easy

Tired of the impatient, intolerant and rude players that you pick up in the duty finder? Want to quit the duty finder for good, but finding it hard to get a group together on the party finder (particularly for end game)?

This is where I am, and I'm looking for like minded players to form a Free-company with. My ideal situation is:
    1. Log on in an evening and play a dungeon at a slow to steady pace, without arguments, criticism (advice is ok) or drama. (That mean's no duty finder runs for me, but filling numbers with party finder is ok).
    2. For each player to understand and appreciate the time every party member is sharing with them, despite their experience and skill level.
    3. To have a supportive group that will, where necessary or helpful, offer advice in a supportive way, and be tolerant when a party member is slow to pick up the mechanics / tactics.
    4. Instead of blaming failure on the inexperience of others party members, for the more experienced players to try to improve their own skill to compensate for other players weaknesses or the play style they are more comfortable with.
    5. If the above isn't possible, or you don't feel comfortable changing your own play style, then players should respectfully work together on the strategy, offering suggestions and discussing, but not dishing out orders (i.e. "Could you try switching to cleric stance and to help us burn down the demon wall quicker? I don't think we need heals too desperately at the start.")
    6. Since it's not possible to take advantage of the duty roulette bonus if you want to avoid speed runs and rudeness, we'll naturally have to run the lvl50 dungeons a LOT of times to progress and naturally the group will end up doing quick repeat runs after time. This grind is necessary for the reward of progress, but I want to always prioritize the experience of newer players in the group over my own progress. I want to play with other players who feel the same.
    7. If we need to fill in numbers for a run, I would rather use the party finder setting the criteria as slow and easy, newcomer's welcome etc, to ensure we don't get a player with conflicting interests. I have zero interest in running a dungeon with impatient or intolerant players just to collect tomes. While I do want to eventually progress to coil of bahamut if possible, there's a lot to play before reaching that and I want to enjoy all of it while I'm there.
    8. Ideally I would quit the duty finder altogether and never have to deal with being pressured to play better or faster for someone. In reality, sometimes we just won't be able to get a group formed and will probably resort to using the duty finder anyway, but the whole point of the Free Company would be to bring together as many people as possible who value a stress free, respectful run with a patient group, so the duty finder isn't needed at all.

I don't know if there are other players who feel the same? I spent three hours waiting for a slow and easy Pharos Sirius group in the party finder with only one person interested - but I'm hoping like-minded players are out there. Perhaps you've tried the party finder like me without success, and don't bother checking there now as it's mostly used by serious high level play groups. Perhaps you hate the attitudes of players in the duty finder, but put up with it for lack of an alternative? If so, I hope you'll join me and see if we can play the way we want to play, instead of how everyone else wants to.

I already have another friend who plays at lvl50, he's gone back to another game for now due to the speedrun popularity / bad atmosphere in FFXIV end game, and two other friends who are leveling up more slowly. If you're low level too but share the same interests I describe above, I'd be more than happy to do some low level dungeons with you, so please say hi.
