    Well, I guess I'll just keep trying every so often. Knowing that someone transferred successfully is encouraging. I know it's not a matter of the world being full because SE doesn't list Cactaur as a restricted world. Also, I tried taking a junk character from another world and it was fine, I just didn't proceed with the payment.
