What I mean is that the info regarding patch contents is not in one place, but instead everything is spread around the forums found in interviews, producer's letters and so on.

For example, recently we have found out that enmity changes are in 1.18, but the other status-related changes will be left for 1.19. Ifrit battle is scheduled to be implemented in 1.19, as well as the crafting-related adjustments. Jobs are coming post 1.20. Etc.

But none of this information is in one place (not even in the list provided by the dev team). It's quite tough to have a clear picture regarding the scheduled changes for the near future when we have to look for many (fan-translated!) interviews, letters and even separate dev posts to find this information.

If the developers had a stance to not reveal this information due to the uncertainty regarding their implementation schedule, I would understand. But this is clearly not the case (anymore), as the developers have become more open about the future of the game.

So, this is my plea. It would certainly keep our expectations in check, at the very least.
