Implementable just like vote kick. But here person is not starting vote for an expulsion of another, but for class change of self.
Could not be initiated during fight/roll/etc.
So if someone wants to change class in the dungeon and party wants it too? Why not. Let him start the vote, pass it.
Someone wants to change class during roll phase? Not happening. During the fight? Not happening.
