[dev10??] Please allow Teleportation only at an Aetheryte

Just wanted to say +1 and that I think this suggestion is good for the game itself, especially when other mean of transportation will be available. It also make more sense that to use the crystal network you actually HAVE to be at the crystal.. not just magically transport yourself.

Also I added Aetheryte and Teleport system as tags to this thread.

Thanks Perrin, I didn't know which dev tag to use, none seemed relevant to this topic. Unless I missed out on a dev tag.
