Game graphic too dark?

Hello all i ve just tried the game and im not sure my graphic settings are ok or its a bug.. my game graphic is very dark in shadow regions i ve wathed a vieo on youtube and it is more clear in shadow regions... (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5WOnnwugZoo) do u experience as well the same problem?

for better explanation in this image i canst see lighted objects under the roof also if its daytime
