So that's why I managed to do the quest... I used gamepad and its targetting.... When I saw the "Lance of the destiny" level 20 quest I were already afraid to it because I readed somewhere in the forum that was bugged.

Hitting 0 on the number pad got it to work for me. There was another quest later I found that I had to do the same thing (Trial By Turtle, I think it was called). At least there's that for a workaround as well.
