    1: public parties don't deal with the economy. Systems that deal with the economy need to be tested THROUGHLY internally, without even counting the many security checks they need to have in place.
    2: You have no idea on how much that system had been in development before it was implemented.

    That feature had been in the works for months prior to it being implemented in the betas. They likely first tested it in Alpha.
