Then don't rush through stuff. The tank sets the pace of the dungeon run, and with how long it takes to replace a tank, smart players are not going to argue with you. The dumb ones will kick you from the group, at which point you can get an insta-queue into another group while they sit in the dungeon for 45 minutes waiting for a new tank to pop up.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
