As it has been said 1000x over evasion tanks are always going to be broken. Either
A) their eva is so high they never get hit and its op or
B) their eva is reasonable but if they get hit they die in 1 or 2 hits

Hmm... Riftstalker is a pretty viable tank... Warriors in TERA were/are also perfectly viable without being OP.

I'm all for more variety in tank and healer options. MMOs like to give us a million different ways to dps, but if we want to tank or heal, we only get a few, narrow flavor choices.
