The op isn't asking for content to be dumbed down. The op is asking for the ability to form a group to do progress. Some people are casual players, they are in smaller FC's. They may have started the game POST release (GASP yes there are some who did) and therefore they might be missing out on the already formed progression groups. Saying that their opinion is not valid because you USED TO PLAY Everquest or WoW is silly. I played them too. Those games thrive on Zerg and wake up calls at 3am cause <boss is up hurry before someone else gets it (EQ1 oldschool!).

I agree that it can be difficult for a newer player or a casual player to find 8 people of the RIGHT class mix who want to focus on keeping the winnings in their group and not letting it go to a PUG.

That being said, 2.2 should help somewhat by removing the lockout from coil 1-5 and making it easier to get help if needed from a FC member or friend who has their own static group.
