    When Tech Support is No-Support....

    You will recieve no actual tech support from these forums. Mostly just a bunch of people who have the same problems with no real solutions. Most of the time SE and Sony just want to say it is your network or ISP. If that were the case then why had I been plaing all this time with no issues, then when a patch comes out I can no longer play. Sick of the BS... You don't want my money just say so.

    It is because this forum was never intended to be a direct support line to SE. That happens either at the portal or in the bug reporting/feedback forums. This forum is intended for users to support users based on their experiences with the game.

    Issues regarding the registration information of Square Enix Account that requires individual investigation and restoration. (Example: Compromised account)

    Being Addressed/Currently Reviewing
    If the support team responds to or requests extra information for a reported issue, it will be moved to Being Addressed/Currently Reviewing. The report will be moved to Resolved Issues if it is not replied to over an extended period.

    Resolved Issues
    If a reported issue has been resolved by the person who reported it, another player, or by the support team, it will be moved to Resolved Issues.

    Separate Support Required
    If a reported issue cannot be resolved through the forums due to the nature of the issue (Example: account information needs to be reviewed), it will be moved to Separate Support Required. The appropriate contact information to receive support will be provided.

    Then they should not call it Tech Support, if no one from SE has game server tech knowledge. It Should be User Rant Support, or blind leading the blind support.

    Why don't you use the official channels for getting technical support then?
