    one time problem with fate level sync

    Me and a friend tried to join a fate yestoday. Im lv.20, hes lv.14. The fate was lv.11. Usually the sync button will appear and let us level down to join but on this occasion it didn't. We were unable to target and combat enemy's. Did we do something wrong or could it have been a glitch?

    We are both playing via PS4 Beta.

    Usually you will have to sync with the FATE if you are 6 levels above the recommended level. To sync, you have to be in the area outlined by the FATE. Sometimes though, players will drag a monster away from the designated FATE area and it becomes impossible for other players to sync unless the monster is brought back to the FATE.

    I guess the question is: were you in the blue fate area, or just on the outskirts? If on the outskirts, you were probably not registered as participating in the FATE and eligible for the level sync.

    We were both inside of the blue marked area but I think the problem may have been with an enemy that had been drawn away like you said.
