Camera angle is broken help

hmm....wonder if it's the camera level that has somehow gotten a knackered up value saved. Forget just where it was... but there is a setting for the vertical positioning of the camera somewhere in the system or character config screens. Maybe if you adjust it a little then apply the changes it will fix it (provided that is what is causing it).

Oh.. and one other thing to try... gear. Take everything off. Seen it happen in some games with a similar perspective---bug with a specific item that monkeys with the collision detection or whatever with the camera, forcing it to try to auto adjust the view around it. If you find it's a specific weapon or weapon type, might want to submit a bug report through the portal or in the bug report section---SE won't likely see it here, since this is for user-to-user support.

I just noticed when I go on HUD LAYOUT, if I click hot bar 1 for instance it's being dragged to the top of the screen and if I try and put it in a chosen position it's being dragged to the top of the screen still.
