FF14 has stopped working *crash*

Hey guys

I have searched the Forum for similar Problems, but without any success

Since patch 2.1 my FF14 starts to Crash randomly. Sometimes i can Play the whole day and sometimes i Crash every 1-30min.

Thanks for the link.
I saw this thread too, but you solved the Problem by removing ram modules. I've tried this too, without any success

Maybe any other ideas?

I am also experiencing crashes within 2-3 minutes of logging into the game since patch 2.1. The game and my whole computer locks up and requires me to turn it off with the power button. I am able to play any of my other games on Steam with no problems at all (Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider etc) so I know its not a problem with my video card...pretty frustrating that they finally release new content and I can't even play it lol.

Ya i agree. All other games are working fine, even Battlefield 4 is no problem.
Weird part is, that sometimes i can play almost the whole day, and sometimes FF stoped working all 2-3mins.

I'm still working on a solution but nothing so far. More and more i think this has something to do with 2.1

I have the same issue, game crashes within a few minutes (or less) after login. Getting the same type of APPCRASH error. Also, when the game crashes one CPU core spikes and there's a loud static sound that quickly cuts out.

Many threads on this but they get buried cause SE obviously could care less.. and they have a million other problems.

Indeed...
I have spoke 2 times with the Support and all they say is "please re-install the game and Drivers blablabla" which i did like 3 times and alooooot of other stuff.

However, if they could announce that they are working on it would be great, but i heard nothing so far
