That random boss is an interesting idea. That shouldn't be too punishing though, with this I mean that every boss should still be able to drop the same class items, but maybe the boss could have something little more unique in them, like a drop that is really rare and can only drop from that certain boss and of course just the boss would be randomly generated to the behest. It's not like the same boss attempts to kill the ppl every time

I liked the wave idea though, but in some scenarios it could be troublesome and would cover the idea of having a steady behest. The monsters still need to be around the rank of the behest so it'd be difficult to make this happen. For casual players the monsters still need to be on the level that they are easily defeated. On my original post I said that the level of equipment that drops off the behest mini bosses are according to the behest level. So for example Broken Water (40) behest would hold R40 gear in it and so on.
