Fate ---> Grand Seals

Just like grand company seals but you start to earn them once you don't earn exp from any fates. Grand seals drop with reg seals in any fate but always the same amount drops in all fates but the ones that respawn alot such as "crystal tower" & "dailys" & "seasonal events".

These new seals would be used for higher Grand Company Ranks. What this new system does is let players that reached max level to join in any fate and earn a new bonus currency instead of exp.

This would make Fates more active since max level players are also helping with the lesser level fates for same rewards as the higher ones. Since level sync is applyed its evened out.

New Grand Company Rewards

Lost Cargo Treasure Maps (Cargo that has been taken away from your nation by the beastmen tribes)
Minions- Nation based Airships
il55 equipment- rings/bracelets/neck/belt
Glamor Matter- used in Vanity

Vanity--
(Basically Tatoo that replaces the Legacy Crest on your back. Legacy can be put back on if you remove nation crest)
Crest of the Uldah
Crest of the Grind
Crest of the Limsa

Went on playonline.com to check out FFXI and omg... they found a way to stop blinking character thing when you swap out gear... one of the major problems people didn't want gear marcos in battle in this game was because of that. How they have it is you have a Vanity set and your gear doesn't blink out when you have your Vanity Set on and feature where your character doesnt show its changing gear out of game on your character.

Bring on the Gear Swaping in XIV & Add more stats to all your gear.

I played XI for 9 years. And all I can say about ger swapping is.. No no no no no for the love of god no. That system was the biggest p.i.t.a eva!.

This is an odd suggestion, considering there's nothing wrong with regular seal gain and we dont even have access to higher ranks yet.
