Never gonna happen. Kefka is a character from FF6 exclusively - CT being entirely different as it contains entities entirely separate from the original in FF3. If we got Kefka's tower it wouldn't have Kefka in it and that is basically all people want that place for - Visage, Machine, and Lady/Rest were all cool and fun but it's not like they were anything special compared to CT bosses of FF3. I'd much rather we had an entirely new place like Coil than another version of CT.
