I mean:

1- I have an account for PC without Caith Sith + Moogle Helmet because I didn't pre-order in the past
2- I pre-order FFXIV PS4 version
3- If I'll register it in that same account, I'll receive my Caith Sith + Moogle Helmet Pre-order prizes in PC version too?

You should be able to get the pre-order items and yes they can be used on any version.

Really? I'm playing this game two weeks ago in PC... if I'll pre-order now and buy in April the PS4 version and register it in my actual account... are you sure I'll receive the pre-order gifts in PC version?

Is the account of PC and PS4 the same with the same characters and servers and therefore if I buy other FFXIV in the future I'll receive the Caith Sith + Moogle Helmet in the pc version?

I really need to be sure before pre-order the ps4 version :S

This is a cross-platform game meaning you use one account for all systems. What you have on one system will be the same on different system regardless if it PC/PS3/PS4
