... I'll receive the Caith Sith and Moogle Helmet for PC version?

I mean:

1- I have an account for PC without Caith Sith + Moogle Helmet because I didn't pre-order in the past
2- I pre-order FFXIV PS4 version
3- If I'll register it in that same account, I'll receive my Caith Sith + Moogle Helmet Pre-order prizes in PC version too?
