Leviathan EX will most likely requires you to beat the first 3 EX just like to attempt Titan, you had to beat Garuda, etc.

Not trying to be rude, but if you can't beat titan still, you probably wouldn't beat Leviathan either.

Echo buff will probably be a thing. If not, Titan EX isn't much harder than Titan HM (if not easier at parts) - just get some friends together and bang your head against it til you crash through to Ifrit EX.

This may sound elitist but there will always be cutting edge contents that only a minority is able to complete. Think Twintania when the game first starts out or turn 6-9 in patch 2.2 cause most people won't beat Twintania till the Echo buff is strong enough. I'm part of those people and honestly, I have no problems with dedicated players getting to fight the hardest bosses in the game.

Levi EX is supposed to be tougher than the other three EXs (after all, its dropping weapons that are going to be better than Allagan)...at the very least, the ilv req is going to be higher (prob i80 or i85, maybe i90) and I wouldn't be surprised if there is a Titan-like removal mechanic (the wave is probably like Landslide in that it can knock you off the arena). To not have Ifrit EX cleared as a req would be silly if that's the case; how would you deal with things similar to Titan EX, but tougher, if you can't beat Titan EX?

If anything, Moogle Mog EX is likely to be about the same as Ifrit EX and probably will have its own unlock path (separate from the Primal EXs, like how Moogle HM had nothing to do with the Primal HMs). I'd guess an i70-75 req for him.

I actually hope they do. Maybe it would give my FC more desire to actually go in and attempt Titan EM rather than doing Coil on Monday and logging off the rest of the week.

he might mean cant beat Titan due to lag. I can't get past Titan because I have crappy Internet. We know nothing about Levi yet. It could be the dodge fest like Titan or it could be like Garuda X or ifrit. Most people who have problems with Titan just have problem with plumes, or at least I do anyway.
