Are there any plans to fix the economy?

Before FFXIV:ARR was released you talked about having user created addons for the game after the game has been out for awhile. Do you have anymore info on when we might be getting add ons or what the current plans or timeline is for them?

With the 2.2 update coming, where are the new item level armor, weapons, and accessories located at? How do we obtain them? Will they be a nightmare to obtain like Crystal Tower, where other range and melee jobs are cheated out of their weekly gear with the same monk, dragoon, and bard rewards constantly appearing? Can you show us the new item level gear fashion illustrations in the live letter, as well?

Do you ever plan on adding a parser like in PvP to the PvE dungeons. I think it would be cool for the console players to see there overall performances at the end of a dungeon, since there unable to run 3rd party parsers.

Free Company Server Transfer

Will server transfers become available so that a group (Free Company) can transfer simultaneously?

The gear shown in previews and screenshots for 2.2 is a far cry from the concept art for Artifact 2 gear shown late last year.
Why the change in direction? The concepts shown before were very nice pieces, straight from FF lore.

When speaking of the 6 month Veteran reward of the Behemoth Horn (mount) Yoshi-P spoke of the need for the 6 month and 12 month rewards needed to be "special". With the recent reveal that the 12 month reward being a 50 consumable "free" teleport tickets, please can you tell us why you feel this is "special".

When can we expect the old classes (archer, lancer, marauder, etc.) to get their second Jobs (like perhaps a tank role Job for lancer)?
