FFXIV is a splendid game but the depth of character customisation is, in my opinion, lacking for example,

There isn't a great deal of changing appearance when you're at higher levels
There is a lot lacking in abilities
Pets get really boring after a while

Is there any plans, however far off they may be, to add more depth?

1. Will we able to collect all different levels gear / equipment and display on personal mannequin to view or watch the pretty just like FFXI , with out costing extra storage space, instead discard or convert to useless material or company seal.. it is fun to collecting all gears but we really short on storage space..

2. Will we have more retainer or more storage space?

3. Will we have more space on armor chest? imaging I have 20 level 50 class and only have 25 space for main hand, and 25 space for both hand of the rings? that's totally not making any sense..

Will there be anything regarding our old companions (echo companions from 1.0, come on, what happened to them?) by any chance, or at in the least more ways to define our characters "self" or personality through the main story-line, such as moral choices, and non-player character relationships?

An expansion is already confirmed to be in the works, and from interviews it's known that they will start talking about it sometime second half of 2014. Release date unknown, but likely first half of 2015.

Seasonal gear is one of the things I really like about the game, and also that you can store it for later season or personal event in the Armoire. It does however take a while from the seasonal event is ended until we can store the gear. When some of the event got a lot of gear, storage issues occurs. Is it possible in the future to shorten this delay a bit?

Will there be any restrictions to what sort of addons will be allowed?

Are there intention to make the item drop system in instances (Coil, CT) be 'smarter'? tired of seeing the same loot over and over and over again. The loot system appears to be fundamentally broken when some pieces just won't drop, RNG is fine but it seems out of control for some select pieces.

Will you be fixing the terrible lag that many of us have suffered from since the release of the game, no one wants to rely on external programs to fix delay on skills/action and avoiding aoe skills from bosses, you blame the ISP's so far, but is there nothing you can do to fix this?

Do you think a big content could one day be introduced for the players to discover it in game, without any tease or hint or screen until a few days after the release of the content?

Like in a big patch don't announce everything and "secretly" add a new class, a new dungeon, a new area...
