Two question, In the future will all jobs get individual Gear pieces from coil/future instances besides just mnk/drg/brd? It makes it incredibly difficult to get that specific loot you've been hunting for when you have to greed it with another caster/healer/tank while the melees and bard get to walk out like it's christmas. I would greatly appreciate knowing where things stand on this matter.

Next question would be if the any chance of implementing individual server reset times for coil/tome/primal lockouts. I go by Eastern Standard time but the Monday resets are at 11 a.m. instead of monday midnight like they are for japan. I am on a gmt server (ragnarok) so would there be any chance of having resets based on server locations rather than use Japan time for whole world? (I.e. NA servers resetting between pst-est, EU resetting 00:00 GMT...)
