I have many questions for Mr. Yoshida

Is there a reason why the estate wards do not have a weapons and armor mender on site? Not every party member can fix things or will be online at the same time, it will make it problematic, especially the late hours/early morning while everyone is still sleeping.

Although you have said there are a growing number of tanks for raids and dungeons, there is still a short supply for them, not everyone wants to use their tanks or help others on the party finder, causing most players to wait for long periods of time like an entire day or night wasted with nothing to show for. It can be really frustrating and drive out the patience of most players, with or without a static coil group and those missing party members for that week, causing a domino effect of players to leave a party. Are there any incentives, rewards, and actions the FFXIV team will add that are similar to the duty roulette on the new weekly lockouts on turns six to nine for the 2.2 update?
