    In a Free Company large house, will we finally be able to access the balcony via instance orb? At 0:56 in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nr11_sh5BYw It shows the balcony door with that aforementioned door being accessible.

    Where is /firedance? Latest summer event doesn't have it, even current Little Ladies event doesn't have it either despite having sakura blooms in cities.

    Will the item cap level increase for medium housing?

    Our FC house is currently at 150/150 items and there are still bare walls and empty corners.
