    My issues going to be addressed about missing relic weapon? Please PLEASE respond!

    I have made plenty of posts asking when or if my issue would be resolved regarding my unfinished relic weapon being wiped from my inventory due to patch 2.1

    I'm begging at minimum for an answer, please!!!

    I already made another one, so I would just like the gil it cost me which I hope you are able to see in any logs dating 1 month after the game's release.

    The 30 page topic already in place pretty much tells you they wont.

    The thing is, and here's where the problem is going to arise, when (and IF) they decide that your problem is legitimate due to a game error and not a mistake on your part, the only course of action they can give you is a rollback. They cant simply hand you gil depending on the current or previous value of your items.

    Which means, with as easy and cheap relics are these days, even if you were to have finished your relic by then. All they can do for you to "help" is to wipe all character progress since 2.1

    Many of us went through the same things September, October, November and December. We wouldnt want them to fix things anymore for us now that we have all these lv.50 jobs and extra relics :/

    Just ask your free company to help you out with the funds, they really wouldnt mind forking over the 15k in materials and materia. The time spend however is wasted :/

    In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please update your post.
