It is just meh.....

Most of them, do not communicate, do not call out their sleep target, no macro attached to ther sleep spell. The only times they will open mouth is to blame DDs and tank for "breaking" their slept target.

Most of healers in lvl40 are either inexperience or lack of PvP actions to survive. It is usually up to tank to provide support so they dont die fast. For god's sake, speak up during preparation and tell rest of team of your sleeping target. It is not hard....

Anytime I have an unknown BLM on my team, an easy "Who are we sleeping?" seems to suffice.

As the more experienced should help out the less experienced if you want to win. My shoulders are broad, hop on. That's my general thinking. Seems rather simple imo.

But BLM sleep is aoe by that point. Unless mobs are scattered all over the place they're sleeping everything or nothing.
