    Little Ladies' Day Earrings

    I don't understand how to get the rewards as the earrings and the others.

    I've put attention to quest text and all, I were able to get the little Edvya by the quest chain (sooo cute!), but I've no clue about the rest.

    Have I missed something?

    The past practice of seasonal events:

    Previous 1.0 event items = on a vendor
    New items and/or new event entirely = seasonal quest

    The earrings are from 1.0. It was called the Doll Festival then.
